I moved to the Houston/Katy area in 1994 from the Sunny state of California and have spent most of my years here in the real estate business. I have assisted buyers and sellers from Houston, Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Fulshear, Sugar Land, and the Pearland areas and everywhere in between. Roy LeMelle graduated from Yates High School, attended Texas Southern, until he went into the Air Force. He is a Veteran. He retired from the Department of Defense, Vandenberg Air Force Base. He relocated to Southern California and obtained his real estate license and also passed the USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). Roy LeMelle also did property management in Southern California. He eventually returned to Houston and obtained his real estate license in Texas.
