Here are answers to commonly asked questions: 1. Will you return my calls and emails? Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I get calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. 2. I've met many REALTORS who are jerks. Are you? Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents that have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they'll probably say "yes". A handful of people think I leave golden footprints in the sand. Those are the 2 extremes, and most people's opinion falls somewhere in the middle. Here's what I can tell you: I'm honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. If you need a quick real estate brain or a strong sense of honesty, you're in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Want to really find out if I'm a jerk? Mess with one of those people. 3. Do you have experience doing exactly what I need? Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing. These are "strong suits" of mine: • Negotiating amazing deals on newly built and existing homes. • Effective and timely communication with all involved parties. If your goal or situation isn't represented on that list, don't worry. Contact me anyway. If I can't help, I can get you referred to another agent who can. 4. What kind of work are you really good at? On a personal level, I'm pretty good at spoiling my nieces and nephew and I'm not too shabby at shopping (ask my husband). On a professional level, here are the skills-sets I've developed over the years: • Listening. Unfortunately, it's a lost art these days. • Communication Bottom Line: I LOVE what I do, so much so that it's not really even "work" for me. I drag my husband around looking at properties, even when I'm not currently working with a client. If you choose to work with me, I hope my love for real estate will shine through!

Quality of service is a difficult abstract to evaluate preceding the service rendered. Some benchmarks do provide clues, however. Performance, track record, longevity and commendable goals are a few. Because of attributes like these, Realtor Nancy Younger was recruited in 1990 by Greenwood King to assist with the opening of an office to serve the Memorial/ Tanglewood area. A long time Memorial/ Tanglewood area resident, she possesses invaluable technical information gathered from more than forty-four years of real estate sales and marketing experience.
Although her attention to her real estate business requires most of her time, Nancy still gives back to the community that has supported her career over these past several decades. Nancy is an active member of Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Houston. As a past member and President of the Cathedral Choir, she has sung at Minute Maid Park, St. Paul's London, Yorkminster and Westminster Abbey. Past President of the Board of the Houston Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, she's also a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. In past years she has been appointed by the Chairman of the Board of the Houston Association of Realtors to the Professional Standards Committee which hears ethics complaints and provides arbitration from both the Realtor sector and the public sector.
When the question was posed, "Why are you so dedicated to your career?", she replied, "I'm not so dedicated to a career as I am to the people I help. Serving a customer is an ongoing journey; you can never feel you've arrived. I just concentrate on doing a good job; positive outcomes follow." Now serving third generations of many families, it seems that Nancy Younger Kruka's career is nothing less than a testimony of superb quality.
"Nancy is the reason we stayed (with Greenwood King) – she is patient, professional and fun."—Buyer
"Nancy Younger went above and beyond the call of duty to sell our house. We initially listed the home on Monday, June 4th; we had two contracts by the end of that day. On June 7th, we signed an Earnest Money Contract for over our asking price. Then Tropical Storm Allison swamped our home with two feet of water. Nancy managed to keep our back-up buyers interested in the house, helped us mop, brought over packing supplies—and kept our spirits up until closing on August 31st. Wow!!"—Sellers
