As a native Houstonian Casey started his real estate journey early, "I remember going to countless open houses as a kid" his mother was always looking for design ideas and unbeknownst to her those open house visits spurred a love of real estate that turned in to a career. After college, Casey first concentrated on a career in the computer field however, in the early 2000's, he shifted gears and embraced a career in real estate. Casey was initially hired as an assistant to one of the Top 25 Realtors in Houston to 'learn the ropes' and soon found that he loved the job and working side by side with one of the top producing agents in the City. Casey says, "It was an amazing experience that I wouldn't change for anything, during over 15 years with that agent we closed over 2,000 deals and over $750,000,000 in residential real estate sales, we started a company and recruited over 40 agents to work with us, it was an incredible learning experience that positioned me for the success I enjoy today." That success is well deserved, Casey has navigated countless complexities during his career and has figured out how to work through objections and obstacles to get the deal done and keep all parties happy, he says "finding the compromise and the win/win is my goal you can't always get everyone everything that they want but figuring out the middle ground between parties is one of my strongest skills". When asked what his favorite parts of his job are, Casey says "I get the most satisfaction from helping first time home buyers, I'm able to teach them skills throughout the process that will be invaluable no matter where they move one day". Casey also finds immense satisfaction in the deals he's been able to secure clients over the years, "I love buyers coming back several years later to sell, they're often amazed by the profits they're able to secure after a short time of ownership, I feel like I've made more of a financial difference

John Anthony is a licensed realtor through Keller Williams. His journey in real estate began in 2017 and has never looked back. In a short period of time, he was awarded top selling agent twice, top seller's agent 8 times, and has helped over 100 sellers, in challenging situations, successfully sell their homes. His specialties are, but are not limited to, market analysis, estate sales, investor minded, and negotiations. In his spare time, John Anthony enjoys doing activities to keep his body strong and his mind sharp. He also enjoys volunteering for his daughter's school, Briargrove Elementary, as the President of the Dads Club. Professional career started in New York City in 1971 and moved to Houston, TX in 1975. Last few companies associated with were Bechtel Corp., Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston & Keller Williams Realty Memorial (present association since 1992). Started a new Architectural Corporation to provide Architectural Services. Services include concept development, design development, construction drawing, rendering, animation, digitizing, marketing package, Real Estate development feasibility etc.

Real Estate/Business Brokerage: About 20 years of experience. Started as part time agent in residential real estate while working full time as an Architect/Construction Manager. Decided to work full time in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage in 1993. Selected as Chairperson of Commercial Division in Keller Williams Realty Memorial (Houston, TX) by ALC group in 1997. Chairperson’s responsibility was to train Commercial Agents in the company, provide seminars etc. Specialized in industrial leasing and developing, hotel/motels, c-stores, car wash, shopping centers and land development.

Architectural & Construction: 22 years of versatile professional experience in Architectural design, production and Construction Co-ordination/Management. Associated with many Architectural and Construction Companies in New York and Houston, since 1971. Overseas Assignment as Senior Architect in Jubail Township Project, Saudi Arabia. Field of experience includes Health Facilities, Recreational and Institutional Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Structures and Residential designs and Transit System (8 years in Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston, before starting full time as Real Estate Broker in 1993). In 2007 an Architectural Service company was started. Running the corporation as President.
