My husband and I moved our young family to Conroe in 1994. Since then we have watched the city and surrounding areas thrive. It's amazing to think back and remember how it was back then compared to now. So, here we are. I have raised my family and, as many at this point in their lives, I get to focus on something new. I have chosen to work as a real estate agent. I love wood and construction and therefore homes. I love a good challenge! I enjoy all kinds of people and the challenge of making things work for them. As a realtor/real estate investor, I have owned over 20 rentals at any given time, along with flipping properties. In this crazy economy, you need a realtor with lots of experience, now and into the future!!! Buying and selling over 40 homes personally as an investor, has given me valued experience in helping others, to know a good value in purchasing or selling homes. Being a landlord of many rental homes, this gives me an edge in helping others find or list rentals too. As a Christian family man, serving others is top priority of mine, along with developing close friends.
