Hi welcome to my page. My name is Michael Sias and I am bilingual in both English & Spanish. Client satisfaction is always my number 1 priority. After 12 years of owning & operating a very successful commercial construction company, supervising up to 35 employees at a time, traveling all over the United States performing hurricane reconstruction work, I decided to add real estate to my portfolio. Twenty five years of being self employed owning and operating my own businesses, I can truly appreciate the importance of having a real estate agent who is always available and who puts your needs first. What sets me apart from other real estate agents is I do work 7 days a week, I always answer my phone and I do respond to all emails and text messages. Natalia was born in Latvia. She graduated from the University of Latvia with a bachelor degree in Russian Philology. At a young age she moved to New York where she graduated Brooklyn College with a bachelor degree in TV broadcasting and worked as executive assistant on RTVI (Russian TV broadcasting network). At the same time she became passionate with real estate and got her real estate salesperson license. After having two small kids in NYC their family decided to move to better environment to raise children and discovered The Woodlands. They moved to The Woodlands in 2015 and absolutely in love with the area, people, diversity of cultures and lifestyle.
