Mark McGinley is Broker and President of Institutional Management Company. He has over 30 years experience in the commercial and multi-family investment sales market. Mark began his real estate career as a CPA for a major Houston commercial developer before becoming a licensed Texas real estate sale agent in 1985 and a real estate broker in 1988. Since then, he has closed over four hundred investment real estate property sales including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, unimproved land, hotels, and numerous multi-family complexes.
