I come to work every day because my goal is to solve the biggest problem in today's service industry. Everyone is guessing. My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. Fernando grew up in southwest Houston, attended Alief Hastings High School and the University of Houston. He divides his non-working hours attending his sons activities, volunteering and family time. His utmost importance is running his business in a way that pleases and brings honor to God.

I moved to Pasadena in 1971, it has been a wonderful experience to see this little town grow to be the big beautiful city that we have now. In 1974, my Broker and I got together and sold the north east side of Fairmont Parkway and Space Center to a group of Doctors. We developed the most beautiful subdivisions in Pasadena; Pasadena River Oaks, Santorini Estates and Colombian Village.(The only gated community in Pasadena). In 1976 I started building houses and selling real estate in this area. I went to University Houston to do my masters in Psychology and to learn the Real Estate and Construction field.
