Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners.
