Misty is a proud member of the downtown Tomball community. Her love for homes and land led her to real estate after 25 years of being an entrepreneur. Her love for people and relationship opened just the right door to step into the world of real estate to serve her community with all she's got! Having grown up in a small Mississippi town, she values what the closely knit community of Tomball has to offer. Her roots will always lie in the deep southern parts of MS, but Texas has stolen her heart and she is here to stay! She has a 10 year old daughter who loves baking, bikes, reading and her standard poodle, Rosie. Misty is passionate about her love for Jesus, two stepping, music, Mississippi State, the local coffee shop, the locals at the local coffee shop, boots, traveling out west, reading, writing stories, and New Orleans style snoballs... and she ALWAYS eats Italian on her birthday!

Araceli Ruvalcaba is a residential real estate agent specializing in buying, selling, investment properties, and rentals. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has been in the industry since 2014. Araceli holds a BBA in Finance with a Minor in Statistics from the University of Houston-Downtown. Her journey into real estate was influenced by her father, a custom home builder, which sparked her early interest in the field. Araceli's educational background in finance and statistics, coupled with her experience in fashion buying for Guess Inc. in LA and working in the oil and gas industry at Geo Space Technologies in Houston, have honed her negotiation skills and shaped her approach to client needs. Araceli enjoys all aspects of real estate, especially educating clients to make informed decisions and ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the transaction process. My name is Aries Milo and I am a long-time resident of the City of Port
Arthur. I graduated from THE Texas Southern University where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice with a Minor in Public Affairs in 2010.
I continued my education at the Institution and received my Master's Degree in Urban Planning & Environmental Policy with a Double Concentration in Land-Use & Public Administration in 2016. So when it comes to land, I am your go-to girl!

In 2020, I was voted Rookie of the Year by colleagues while teaching at Port Arthur Alternative Campus.
In 2022 I was selected as one of Southeast Texas 40 under 40 young Professionals.
In 2024, I became a Licensed Realtor in the great State of Texas.

I am Currently employed by the City of Port Arthur where I serve as the City's Senior Planner- Development Services, in the Planning & Zoning Division.

Being employed for a Local Government Municipal Corporation in Development Services, and receiving my Master's Degree in Urban Planning & Environmental Policy with a double concertation in Land-Use and Public Administration makes me well versed and extremely knowledgeable in:
