I have been a full-time Licensed Realtor since August 2001 and a Real Estate Investor since 1999. I have extensive experience, knowledge, and success in many facets of real estate. I am a "Houston Area Market Expert" in addition to being knowledgeable and having experience in most of the suburbs in the surrounding counties. I began my real estate career as an investor in 1999 by purchasing and wholesaling fixer-uppers to remodel and resell, then began successfully selling homes for top market prices in a short listing time frame. I've also successfully helped sellers solve real estate problems with short sales and loan modifications. In 2013, I became a top producer in leasing corporate-owned rental homes.
