Hello! My name is Nathan Estrada, or Real Estate Nate, if you will. Let me give you some of my background so you can know a bit about me. I was born and raised in the East End of Houston by my amazing parents. We grew up a middle-class family. My parents led by example and exemplified how a strong work ethic, perseverance, and passion are key ingredients in accomplishing and surpassing life goals. I graduated from Dobie High School, followed by graduating with a bachelor's degree from Texas State University-San Marcos. I have been blessed with an amazing wife and three wonderful children who support me with everything I do. I have experience in sales and customer service since I was a teenager. I like meeting new people in all walks of life, along with trying to make them happy by accomplishing their life goals through helping them buy a home. That is the American dream, after all! I look forward to finding out about you and your goals as well in our future partnership!

Since 1974, I have lived in Houston and various suburbs. In 2001, I graduated with honors from Prairie View A&M with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to real estate, I worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years for the following companies: ExxonMobil, BP, Oasis, and Oxy. Although in real estate, an engineering degree is not required, my engineering knowledge aids in successful buying and selling negotiations.

My Mission Statement:
I pledge to constantly communicate with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the home buying or selling process. If my clients do not have a fantastic experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards but the satisfaction of my clients. My clients always come first!
