Hello! My name is Nathan Estrada, or Real Estate Nate, if you will. Let me give you some of my background so you can know a bit about me. I was born and raised in the East End of Houston by my amazing parents. We grew up a middle-class family. I graduated from Dobie High School, followed by graduating with a bachelor's degree from Texas State University-San Marcos. I have been blessed with an amazing wife and three wonderful children who support me with everything I do. I have experience in sales and customer service since I was a teenager. Since 1974, I have lived in Houston and various suburbs. In 2001, I graduated with honors from Prairie View A&M with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to real estate, I worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years for the following companies: ExxonMobil, BP, Oasis, and Oxy. Although in real estate, an engineering degree is not required, my engineering knowledge aids in successful buying and selling negotiations.
