I have lived and worked in the Sugar Land/Katy area my entire life and understand that every market in the Greater Houston area is different. I have also been a part of the real estate/mortgage industry collectively for 12 years. My husband Dax Riley who is also a native Houstonian, has been in the business for over 18 years. Together we strive to give you the best real estate experience. While Dax has the current knowledge of the mortgage business combined with our preferred lender list, we are also able to get your lending needs met! With his sales experience he has now taken over Operations for our Rely on The Rileys Real Estate Team. From marketing, building our preferred partner list, accounting, to everything in between he is here to help. We love working together as a team to give you the best service. I attended Texas A&M where I pursued a B.A in Marketing. I transitioned into residential real estate sales after a successful career in supply chain for the oil & gas industry where I worked cross-functionally with teams and customers alike. Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, I have grown into an interloop Houstonian who loves to be in the know of new restaurants, retail developments and outdoor entertainment! During my free time, I love to travel, read, work out and spend time with my family.

I am a highly energized natural leader with a rational and logical approach to meeting the needs and goals of my customer and clients! I love people and finding solutions for them! I work tirelessly for my clients with a focused long-range perspective on meeting their real estate needs.

I believe in a timely, yet decisive approach to meeting the needs of my clients whether they are buying and/or selling, leasing or relocating from another state or locally to a new community. I love being able to use my passion, people skills, corporate experience and business background to help families and investors navigate through real estate transactions.

Because I have had the opportunity to live in a multitude of places in the United Stated, including, but not limited to Houston TX, Katy TX, Mercer County, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New York City metropolitan area, Los Angeles the San Francisco Bay Area I am able to identify with and meet the needs of the many families relocating to the Houston area. I can also help families relocating locally to a new community!

After spending over 15 years in as a business analyst, team leader and subject matter expert, I decided to become my own boss and pursue my passion for people and for bettering my community! She has held numerous leadership positions there and volunteers with the Art and Environment Group and her church. Margaret is a member of the local book club as well as various women's clubs.

Samantha is a second generation REALTOR and represents buyers, sellers, and tenants in Houston and the surrounding areas. Before becoming an agent at LaRae Whorley Realty Group, she taught first grade for nine years. Her experience in the classroom drives her success in the industry with her organization skills, ability to communicate clearly, quick response time, attention to detail, and patience in all situations. Samantha lives in Spring, Texas with her husband and three kids. She and her husband are both graduates of Texas A&M University. WHOOP!
