As a Pipeline Integrity Engineer and a Real Estate Investor, Khanh is confident that she can help to solve any of her clients' real estate needs with her critical thinking, attention to details, negotiation skills and customer-oriented attitude.

Khanh has been passionate about real estate her entire life. As a child, she would tour investment properties and new construction developments with her parents. As an adult, she loves getting a feel for every home and community she visits - she feels that each person and property has a story to tell. Now, she is investing in Real Estate herself as she truly believes in the unlimited potential and impact of real estate to the economy as well as her family's wealth.

Before moving to Houston four years ago, she spent ten years living and studying in the Northeast, primarily Boston, to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and Master's Degree in Project Management. Moving from a developing country like Vietnam, to the busy and prosperous Boston, and to a city alive with energy and rich in diversity as Houston, Khanh has had the opportunities to look at the world with various perspectives, think outside of the box, meet and learn from talented and successful people. All of these little encounters and experiences have shaped her into the diligent, self-motivated and understanding person as she is today.

As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying and selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Her clients, whether first time homebuyers or real estate investors, can count on her any time of day when they have a question or concern. She provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.

A recognized real estate leader not only locally, but nationally, Carol Peyton built one of the largest real estate offices in Houston, attracting more than 480 agents. At the same time, she served as Regional Director of the firm, overseeing thirteen offices. After serving as Dean of the Leadership Institute of the same firm and traveling the country consulting and coaching agents and offices, Carol has returned to her roots...representing buyers and sellers in the city that she so proudly calls home.
