Hello! As a Houston native, I have been blessed to be a part of this community my whole life. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. Assisting my clients in one of their largest investments is the most rewarding experience, and I love being a part of that journey. It is my mission to make the process as easy as possible for you by providing the latest tools, information, and guidance to make sure you can make your decisions with confidence. Treating clients like family is a guiding principle of mine which comes naturally. I take pride in applying a tradition of excellence, trust, and service because it is more than just a sale for me, it's about making a difference and being able to add value to every client interaction. My approach to real estate is going beyond the sale, every single time. I am deeply connected to Houston as I grew up across from NASA in Nassau Bay, graduated from UT Austin, and then planted roots in The Woodlands and Magnolia area for the past 30 years. Our 3 kids attended the Magnolia ISD schools and my husband I owned and operated a local small business for 14 years. We love our community! Prior to entering real estate, I have over 25 years' experience in business, project, and technology management, and my last position was a Director of Customer Operations in the HR Services and Benefits Outsourcing industry.

Let's talk about my Experience.

I have been selling residential real estate for many years. Prior to becoming a residential Realtor, I managed and leased commercial properties. Through my extensive background in real estate, I have developed a practical business sense that enables me to assist clients with confidence and efficiency. My goal is to make each transaction personable yet professional for all parties involved.

I've gained more experience working with people through my volunteer efforts. I volunteer on many committees with the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and served several years in leadership positions with HIREBA (Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association). I also volunteer in local schools teaching Junior Achievement and I teach 1st time Home Buyer seminars.

Awards: I continuously earn high Realtor Ratings on the Houston Association of Realtors rating system, take a minute and look at my references on the ratings page. I've earned recognition several times as a Five Star Realtor as published by Texas Monthly Magazine, I was awarded the Leading Edge Society Production Award and recently I received the Reader's Choice Award by Absolutely Katy Magazine as "Favorite Real Estate Agent."

My Education.

The Real Estate industry is dynamic! It is important to continue to pursue education to better serve our clients. I have earned a GRI, (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). I am Certified Relocation Specialists and a graduate of Louisiana State University. In 2020 I became a TREC Provider which means I am certified to teach continuing education classes to my realtor peers.
