A marketing expert, Wendy brings state of the art marketing to her sellers. When listing a property her clients can expect a strong internet presence as well as traditional print advertising. She is one of the few agents who can deliver direct door advertising to 17,000 households and she can participate in real estate auctions.

Originally from Houston, Wendy has a lifelong commitment and history in the Bayou City. She's developed a vast network of professionals to benefit her clients. Wendy has two children whom she raised in Deer Park. She is an active member of Houston's First Baptist Church and she is a volunteer mom for Youth for Christ at her daughter's school. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys cycling, hiking, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Tobias sells real estate throughout the Houston area, focusing on the inner-Loop and close-in neighborhoods. He has personally experienced many sides of the real estate transaction as a buyer, seller and investor. Tobias joined Stone & Fields because of the shared core values in helping people and maintaining client relationships that extend beyond the closing table. Having learned how best to present a home in his staging business, he now puts those experiences to best use as a real estate agent. He works hard to exceed every client's expectation. Tobias moved to Houston from Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 2015. He has a masters degree in business with extensive experience in marketing, communications and advertising.
