Airan moved to Houston, Texas from Mexico at a young age. Ever since she knew that she would have to go the extra mile to reach her goals. This allowed her to learn to appreciate everything and be thankful for who she is now. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's in Finance and Marketing. Although, during this journey, she discovered that real estate was something that she felt was her calling. She developed her real estate career working as a real estate administrative coordinator. This allowed her to have a head start in her career. With her knowledge and confidence, Airan has won her clients' trust. She understands the importance of building relationships and adding value in every step of the way. Some clients describe her as optimistic, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and determined. Airan enjoys working with first-time home buyers, sellers, as well as investors. Her work is not only limited to Houston; she covers surrounding areas such as Katy, Spring, The Woodlands, and Pasadena. She also has knowledge and experience in leasing, for those who prefer this option. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding, working out, reading business or self-help books, traveling, and doing things that will challenge her mind. Airan also supports local organizations and charities because she believes in the importance of giving back to the community.

Mike Krakower, a second-generation Houstonian, is a consummate professional steeped in business acumen. Upon graduation from The University of Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Business, he joined his family's wholesale plumbing supply business. For 20+ years he served as the CEO of the company immersing him in invaluable experience regarding every aspect of the business world.

Selling his company and entering the world of real estate has been a stellar decision. Mike's CEO background taught him how to identify quality construction, how to work well with people and especially how to be detail oriented in all aspects of doing business. He has a passion for real estate because when a person is buying or selling a home, it is deeply personal. Mike states, "A home has memories that make up one's world. Helping a client buy or sell their home is more than just finding them a place to sleep. The word sanctuary comes to mind when I think of home."

Making his clients as happy as possible is paramount for him. He is hands-on with every detail of a transaction ensuring that things go smoothly from contract to closing. His extraordinary listening skills and good business sense have yielded him an outstanding reputation, which he proudly stands behind.

Mike has volunteered as an in-home Hospice patient volunteer for more than eight years. He has been a baseball and softball coach as well as serving as a board member for the local Little League. He has been president for Young Executive of the Wholesale Distributors Association and the American Supply Association. He also volunteered for 10 years with the Houston Marathon's Elite Athlete Committee.

When not working, he enjoys attending Astro and Texans games. He is an adamant outdoorsman, with a love for fishing and playing golf.

Kristen is a smart, straight-shooter, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas; but has called Houston home for the last 10 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009 and received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University in 2016. After graduating, Kristen spent her time working in Global Operations for an international firm before transitioning to Real Estate. "I am excited to finally be in the industry that I have always wanted to be in!" Kristen's ability to understand and interpret data along with her drive to help people is a unique tool that can bring a new perspective to clients. Kristen is passionate about integrity, honesty, and transparency in the workplace. "I always want those who work with me to know that I will be straightforward and fight for what's best for them."
