She moved to Houston from Belarus (Russia) at the age of four. Her parents serve as an inspiration, and their story "exemplifies all that is good about the American dream." A Texan at heart, Margarita didn't stray far from Houston, earning a Finance degree from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi. After five years in consulting and financial analysis, Margarita chose to pursue a career in real estate because "I enjoy the human interaction and I know that success is defined by results." She adds, "What makes this job special to me is that it's not about finding a house-it's about finding a home."

Conversational in Russian and Hebrew, Margarita lives with her husband, Mike, and dog, Toby. Her hobbies include travel, the arts, tennis, and working out. Active in her community, she is a regular volunteer at Texas Children's Hospital. "Bringing joy to any child is a gift in itself, especially a child whose life has taken a step back."

Jennie Tuschman started her real estate career in the mid 80s after flying the friendly skies and meeting so many wonderful people from all over the world. She sold real estate on her off days and found that she really loved working to help people find thier dream home. Being a world traveler and speaking french and spanish gives her an advantage in helping people from around the world who are relocating to the Bayou City. Jennie graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business. She received her Brokers license in 1990. She resides in Tanglewood along with her husband who is a developer and builder. She lists and sells properties all over the Bayou City but specializes inside the loop. Jennie loves to travel to the mountains of Colorado, maintaining a home for skiing and summer retreats. She holds a Broker License in Colorado since spending time there frequently. Jennie is an aggressive agent who is honest and will work for you to sell or find the home that you want.

As CEO/Broker and Past President of the American Society of Interior Design, Laurie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Coton House Realty firm she has formed. After graduating from the University of Texas/Austin with a degree in business and a degree in interior design from the Houston Art Institute, Laurie embarked on her design career by purchasing and renovating homes for resale throughout the Houston area.

She soon discovered that proficiency as a licensed realtor complemented her design skills. As a 3rd generation Houstonian who has lived and worked in the inner loop for 35 years, she knows the city and surrounding suburbs intimately well and decided to combine her design expertise with real estate. Her role as Managing Broker for a local boutique real estate agency opened new horizons for combining real estate, design and remodeling services under the umbrella of Coton House Realty.

Laurie and her family are advocates of rescued animals. She also enjoys butterfly gardening, travel as time permits, reading, exploring the new coffee shops and restaurants for which Houston is well-known and, most of all, spending time with family and pets.
