Stuart Groves is from Memphis, Tennessee. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama where he majored in Finance with a secondary concentration in real estate. From a very early age he had an appreciation of architecture, space and design. This was instilled in him by his mother who was an art teacher. A great listener, he easily discerns what people like and dislike and employs his keen eye to help guide all aspects of a real estate transaction.

Stuart has a very strong background in sales and marketing positions. As a high school student he was on a marketing team for a radio station. While attending college he was employed as an assistant to a top residential real estate agent at a title company in Tuscaloosa, AL. After graduation he was associated with an industrial pipe supply company in their sales marketing department. All of the above experiences armed Stuart heavily in learning what it took to be successful in the arena of sales.

One of Stuart's passions has always been real estate. His love for architecture and design has benefited his client base greatly as he embarks to find the perfect home for a buyer. His networking and sales background have proven to be crucial when representing a seller. One of Stuart's greatest joys is guiding his clients to a wise decision regarding their real estate needs. Being a very quick learner came as a great asset when he recently worked for a top producing realtor in Houston. This position reinforced that his decision to enter the world of real estate was indeed a fantastic one.

Stuart volunteers at the Campus Crusade for Christ, Sky High for St. Jude and the YMCA. This versatile realtor's hobbies include art, working out, traveling, and reading.

Malcolm learned at an early age that success is achieved through hard work, tenacity, & commitment. As a pee-wee football player who later became an Inductee to the Hall of Fame at Colorado State University, diligence is a skill that Malcolm has mastered and demonstrates in his business quests. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Agriculture and Applied Economics. She is a native Houstonian with over a decade of sales and marketing experience in both the oil and gas industry and luxury retail. She enjoys the day-to-day variety that the real estate industry offers and how the New Heights Group works as a team to find the perfect home for our clients!

Jessica resides in a townhouse in the Galleria area and is a proud first-time homebuyer! She has been an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over 10 years and has served on the leadership team of the Champion Wine Garden Committee for the past 2 years. She has a love for contemporary music, cooking and trying new foods, and finding new places in Houston to explore!

Native Houstonian Ann Singleton believes in connecting, whether it’s with her clients or in her personal life with volunteer activities. “One of the things I love about real estate,” says Ann, “is the one-on-one connection with people. Ann came to real estate from a successful career in public relations/marketing/event planning, where she learned to understand and work with many different people and agendas.

A graduate of Duchesne Academy in Houston, Ann received a degree in English literature with a minor in Art Studies and Communication from Texas Tech University and studied for a time at the Sorbonne in Paris. When she is not working, Ann devotes her time to a number of causes including St. Luke's United Methodist Church, St. Luke's Friends of Nursing, the Junior League of Houston, and Chi Omega Alumnae Association. Ann appreciates and collects fine art and supports local artists. She enjoys traveling, reading, swimming, painting, photography and spending time with friends and family and her two dogs!

Veneisha relocated from upstate New York -- and she loves relocating people coming into Houston to live as well as those looking for a change. Her family was indirectly responsible for her interest in real estate from an early age with their ownership of many successful income-producing properties. Her high energy, enthusiasm and innate 'hustle' accentuate her desire to do a good job for her clients. Her experience consists of customer service in the insurance industry as well as various direct sales positions. The interest in real estate developed when her great uncle purchased most of the homes on a particular block years ago in upstate New York and, to this day, they remain family income properties. His motivation was to create generational wealth so that the family members would always have a roof over their heads. She worked as the point of contact and manager for several of those properties. Having relocated to Houston 3 years ago to experience a change, she is knowledgeable about the suburban areas of Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond and Cypress. Working out, going to dance class several times a week & sampling the huge variety of restaurants available in the city are some of the ways I enjoy a balanced lifestyle.
