I enjoy working with people and is my pleasure to represent sellers and buyers in their real estate needs. I was born in Puerto Rico and came to Texas in 1982. For many years I worked for financial institutions which I also enjoyed very much. The Real Estate industry was and is one business field that fascinates me; enough motivation to change my professional career.

I have earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Houston, I have also earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and continously updating my skills and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry.

Living and working in Texas has given me the oportunity to work with a very much diversified population. It is very interesting to learn about different cultures and people's values; this has helped me to develop the necessary skills to reach more sellers and buyers.

The "green realtor" is what I call myself since I use every oportunity I get to promote energy conservation and recycling. It will be nice to have the state and local governments not only promote, enforce and teach us about it but also to create and facilitate ways for people to participate.
