The Malveaux family's love of real estate dates back to 1749 when two brothers were gifted a newfound freedom and hundreds of acres of land in the Opelousas/Saint Martinsville area of southern Louisiana, where many Malveauxs still remain today. In 1940 Jospeh Rushton Malveaux, Andrew's grandfather, bought land in Houston's Riverside Terrace area, which the family has called home-base ever since. Andrew began his career in real estate 25 years ago by working for the world-renowned, non-profit organization Project Row House, where he served in many capacities, including Executive Director. He is known as an expert on Third Ward/Riverside Terrace and this reputation can be attributed to his knowledge of and affinity for the venerable neighborhood his family has called home for over 80 years.

Andrew's mission in real estate is to participate in the ongoing development of Greater Houston into a collection of vibrant neighborhood communities of families and businesses.

While Malveaux loves helping traditional buyers and sellers make wise, real estate decisions, his investor clients appreciate his skill in helping them profit through the buying, selling, renovating and leasing of various types of investment properties. Malveaux has worked in relocation services for 9 years and is equally adept at serving as an ambassador for clients relocating to Houston from all over the world. He has been married to his college sweetheart, Bianca, for 30 years and they are blessed with two phenomenal children: Andrew III (22) a senior Pre-Med major on the basketball team at Texas Southern University; and Mackenzie (19) 2019 USAG All-Around State Champion gymnast, and now a sophomore majoring in Health Sciences/Physiology at The University of Arizona.

Having a firm grasp on Houston's premier neighborhoods, her knowledge and strong work ethic have garnered her a clientele and referral network from all over the world. A die-hard HLSR volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo & Committee Member of the Souvenir Program Committee, Aubrie is also a member of the Goody Girls Cook-Off Team. She was the 2015 Adult Honoree for the Arthritis Foundation Bone Bash & a volunteer with the Arthritis Foundation. She hopes to raise awareness and find a cure for those that suffer from chronic pain & autoimmune inflammatory issues. She was also named Top 26 Most Stylish People by the Houston Chronicle.



Aubrie is a member of the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals, the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Real Estate Commission, and the Texas Association of Realtors.

Zaheer is a Physics teacher at Spring Early College Academy and has recently started his dual role as an agent/teacher. Zaheer has been living in the Greater Houston area since 1992 and in Texas since 1989. Prior to his 18 years teaching experience, Zaheer has had retail sales experience for ten years. Zaheer brings with him an experience of over 25 years in building relationships. His passion for real estate is in the Houston, Katy, Sugar land, Cypress and Spring areas in Texas. Zaheer has a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University of Texas and Master's in Educational Leadership from Houston Baptist University. Zaheer has a history of volunteerism and philanthropy for decades and served the community in volunteer positions including being a board member for private and charter schools.

Bill earned his reputation as a trusted real estate advisor through a combination of hard work, detailed analytic and problem-solving skills and his easy-going, customer-focused demeanor. A native Texan, Bill grew up in El Paso. "I've been in Houston 40 years now, which comes pretty close to being a native. I was the typical cynical transplant, thinking I'd be here at most 3-5 years. The city quickly charmed me with its friendly people, incredible diversity, and exciting arts and cultural scene. I love working with people new to Houston and opening their eyes to the delights that I came to love." Bill has lived in many of Houston's inner-loop neighborhoods, including Southampton, Upper Kirby, Montrose, Southgate, Boulevard Oaks and in his current home in Highland Village.

Bill's real estate career has been built on a solid foundation of personal and professional experiences. He earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in business at The University of Texas at Austin (with a year of work in New York in between). He started his post-graduate career in Houston, first as a commercial banker, including a stint in London, England. Three years later, he moved to Continental Airlines, where he worked in finance for 15 years, his last position as Managing Director of Corporate Finance.

Yearning to escape the corporate life and build on his love of architecture and design, Bill then formed a home-building company constructing high-end homes inside the Loop. This ultimately led to him gaining his real estate broker's license. In 2005, he made the decision to sell real estate full-time, allowing him to combine his love of design with his interest in people. His competent, no-drama style has led to a successful sales career as a top producer for over 10 years closing hundreds of transactions.

"Buying and selling real estate can be a stressful experience, but I think my clients are put at ease by my strong finance/analytic skills, my frequent communication to them about the state of the market and my don't-take-yourself-too-seriously sense of humor. I think real estate is fun and I try to make it that way for my clients as well."

When not selling real estate, Bill enjoys an occasional round of golf, working out, trying new restaurants and spending time at the northern California home he owns with his partner of 28 years. An avid supporter of the arts and other philanthropic endeavors, Bill is most proud of his work with Legacy Community Health, a non-profit community health center providing quality healthcare to all, regardless of ability to pay. He has served on two capital campaign committees to help Legacy raise $25 million for three state-of-the-art clinics.
