Seita is a licensed real estate attorney and a licensed broker. She brings many years of brokerage management and agent development experience to her role.
Seita began her career as an attorney with a boutique law firm, Hargis & Harpold, which represented real estate brokers across Texas. She became well-versed in best practices for Texas brokers, and honed skills such as contract drafting and negotiation. The firm also served as outside counsel for HAR, providing a behind-the-scenes view of Realtor ethical duties and cooperative compensation rules.
