Prior to real estate, Juana worked in banking as a Director of Marketing for independent, community banks in Houston. Embracing the position of Director, Juana learned the importance of excellent customer service. For over 20 years she expanded her career into marketing consulting. The experience and skills that I acquired in these roles enabled an easy transition to real estate. She believes it is of upmost importance to collaborate with your clients utilizing a team approach to achieve the needs and goals set before them.

Mother of two adult children, Juana loves spending time with her family, checking out new restaurant openings in Houston, and energizing at any beach destination.

A native Houstonian, Juana attended Lamar High School and holds a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been involved with many volunteer positions over the years which included leadership positions at River Oaks Baptist School, Episcopal High School, the Junior League of Houston and St. Luke's Methodist Church.

Kristen is a smart, straight-shooter, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas; but has called Houston home for the last 10 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009 and received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University in 2016. After graduating, Kristen spent her time working in Global Operations for an international firm before transitioning to Real Estate. Saharr Ghanimi is more than just a realtor. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she realized

that in real estate she could take what she had learned to help people with one of life's most monumental

challenges: finding their way home. Six years later this remains her motivation in life as well as in business.

Kyle Brann grew up in the Houston area before attending Texas A&M University and graduating with a bachelor's degree. As a student, Kyle worked at the Texas Real Estate Research Center, which is the nation's largest publicly funded organization devoted to real estate research. From 2018 to 2020, Kyle researched Houston's residential and commercial market trends. He became a licensed agent in 2020.
