While growing up in a historic Houston neighborhood, Carolyn developed an appreciation for the unique architecture and charm of Houston’s older residential areas. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Texas in Austin, Carolyn returned to Houston. She soon found an outlet for her love of older homes as she embarked upon what was to become a lifetime avocation: the purchase, restoration and sale of older homes.

Carolyn uses her years of experience in refurbishing homes to bring a fresh perspective to buyers and sellers. Her thorough knowledge of the Houston real estate market makes her an important resource for clients purchasing and selling older homes as well as new and recent construction. Carolyn is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She is firmly committed to investing the time, quality, and attention necessary to make each client’s home sale or purchase a success from beginning to end. Carolyn’s loyal clients regularly refer family and friends to her and always highly recommend her services.

Throughout her career, Carolyn has donated significant hours to community, civic and church organizations. She was a member of The Blue Bird Circle, taught Sunday school at First Presbyterian Church and served as a volunteer in her children’s schools. When not working, Carolyn enjoys going to the movies, reading biographies and design magazines, playing tennis, and “interacting with puppies of any sort!” Carolyn is the mother of a son and daughter and grandmother to three grandchildren. As a young woman, Carolyn flew her own fixed-wing, single-engine Cessna aircraft, and the genes have transferred to her son, a captain in the United States Marine Corps who flies the Huey helicopter.

Lesle holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a minor in Environmental Design from Texas A&M. Before turning to a career in real estate, she was a Special Education Teacher for 10 years.

With over 13 years experience in real estate, which includes new home construction sales, Lesle has developed both listening and communication skills that enable her to keep everyone working together and focused on a positive outcome.
