Matt Issa was born and raised in Iran, where he learned to speak Azerbaijan as his first language and Farsi as his second. He became fluent in English through his education and travels. In 1999, Matt moved to Houston, Texas, where he has called it home ever since. With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Matt has been involved in a variety of deals, including residential, commercial, investment, and land transactions. Native Texan Yvonne Meyer hails from Menard in the Texas Hill Country. A graduate of the University of Texas, she has called Houston home since 1966. More than 30 years ago, Yvonne began buying and refurbishing older properties to use as rentals. She has been actively involved in selling residential real estate for nearly 25 years. Her success has placed her in the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty’s Circle of Excellence and the company’s coveted Hall of Fame. Yvonne has also earned a GRI designation and completed her ABR designation.

Professionally, she worked her way up to be a district manager in a Fortune 500 retailer and then began a career as a Realtor to establish stronger relationships with family and her community. For fun, she enjoys walking down the tree-lined streets of her neighborhood, yoga, trying new restaurants, and most of all reading and playing soccer with her little boy. Kat is heavily involved in leadership within the local, state, and national associations serving in executive leadership. In her community, she is a member of University Baptist Church and supports The Landing, an organization that helps victims of human trafficking, and the Art League of Houston which supports local artists.
