When not handling real estate, Eileen spends time with her new grandson, Olin Montgomery Hartman, and his parents, Marshall and Nicole. Her eldest son, Brett is also a Realtor in Houston - a 3rd generation Realtor. Also added in the mix are her two grand dogs, Bentley and Ryder. Brett and Marshall followed in their parent's footsteps by also attending Waltrip High School. Eileen enjoys reading, sports (especially college football and baseball), gym time in the Heights, and traveling.

Negar brings her successful background in business and home remodeling to her career in real estate. She earned an MBA from the University of Houston in 1997 and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. She worked as a tax manager for a major CPA firm prior to entering into the field of real estate.

Thomas Claffy is a native Texan and longtime Houston resident. Thomas worked at two major national lending and credit institutions before turning to his true passion, real estate. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Houston. When not working, he still pays close attention to the real estate market through his interest in architecture and design. Thomas enjoys “digging in the dirt” at home in Houston. When time and weather allow Thomas also enjoys sailing, mountain biking and is always up for a movie. He is a supporter of the MS150 bike race to Austin and was recognized as one of the top fundraisers.
