A native Texan who grew up in College Station, Brooke is married to a former captain in the United States Air Force. Before settling permanently in Houston, she and her husband were stationed in several different states including California, where they lived in Los Angeles, and Florida, where they lived in Destin. "All of those moves taught me valuable lessons about what individuals and families go through in a move, whether it's across town or across the country. I understand the stresses my sellers and buyers experience as they make huge changes in their lives."

In college, Brooke was on the dean's list and graduated with a degree in human resource development from Texas A&M University. "It took self-discipline and good time-management skills to maintain outstanding grades, and those skills continue to help me build my career," she notes. As a competitive runner on the A&M track and cross country team, Brooke learned to balance her competitive nature to be an outstanding team player.

Over the past few years, Brooke has supported a number of community organizations and is an active volunteer for several animal rescue groups. "My husband and I have two dogs, one of which is a rescue," Brooke explains. Her leisure activities include spending time with friends and family, traveling with her husband, working out, and running.

Kelly Stewart is a native of Sugar Land, who has resided in Houston & Sugar Land for over 30 years. She loves to travel & has spent brief periods of time in New York, Los Angeles, Europe and Africa, which have helped her understand the diverse needs of different cultures. After receiving her B. S. in Advertising from the University of Texas, Kelly worked in the ad industry for four years. She bought and negotiated spots for television & radio on behalf of various national clients and constructed successful marketing plans and market analyses in the top 12 U.S. markets. Thanks to her advertising background, negotiating, marketing & customer service are Kelly's fortes. In 2007, Kelly earned her MBA from the University of Houston. Ronald has lived in the Greater Houston area for more than 30 years, growing up in Spring. He holds a BBA in Accounting and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston. Ronald worked in the oil and gas industry for over a decade as an accountant. However, his entrepreneurial mindset eventually led him to embark on a full-time venture in real estate.

Currently, Ronald resides in Richmond with his family and actively participates in his community through Cub Scouts and PTO. In his leisure time, Ronald enjoys playing pickleball and working out.

Seita is a licensed real estate attorney and a licensed broker. She brings many years of brokerage management and agent development experience to her role.

Seita began her career as an attorney with a boutique law firm, Hargis & Harpold, which represented real estate brokers across Texas. She became well-versed in best practices for Texas brokers, and honed skills such as contract drafting and negotiation. The firm also served as outside counsel for HAR, providing a behind-the-scenes view of Realtor ethical duties and cooperative compensation rules. More recently, Seita was on the management team of a leading residential brokerage firm. The agents valued her unique blend of hands-on risk management, negotiation expertise and sales skills. She also served as General Counsel for a prominent local brokerage firm, where she was privileged to work closely with many new agents along their journeys to become top producers. Seita has served on numerous HAR committees over the years including Risk Management, Management Central, and currently, the MLS Committee.

To recharge, Seita enjoys being outdoors, watching her kids on the playing field or on stage, and reading everything from classical literature to pinterest. She loves travel, especially to scuba dive or snow ski with her family. She taught CCD at St. Vincent de Paul and St. John Vianney churches for many years, and has volunteered with many local animal rescue groups.
