    Rochelle grew up in Dallas, graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Texas, married and raised three children. During her children’s formative years, Rochelle was very active in their schools, St. Johns and Kinkaid. After the children were older, she received her Masters degree at the University of Houston in clinical psychology and worked in the medical center for a group of psychiatrists.
