Personal Information:

My Family and I have lived in and served the greater Houston area since 1968. My extended Family has been around the Houston area since the mid-1800's. I have served on both the MBA Council of Houston, Houston World Affairs Council, the Technology Advisory Board, and the MLS Advisory Board for HAR. My volunteer work Includes The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where I have been a volunteer since 2004, The Houston Food Bank. Impact Club, The Sunshine Kids Foundation, and Amberly's Home.

The Malveaux family's love of real estate dates back to 1749 when two brothers were gifted a newfound freedom and hundreds of acres of land in the Opelousas/Saint Martinsville area of southern Louisiana, where many Malveauxs still remain today. In 1940 Jospeh Rushton Malveaux, Andrew's grandfather, bought land in Houston's Riverside Terrace area, which the family has called home-base ever since.
