Annie is a native Houstonian and a top producer at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. She is a Memorial High School graduate and received her BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Annie spent nearly ten years in sales roles in New York, Dallas, and Chicago and moved back to Houston in 2007. She is very thankful for her great network of family, friends, and colleagues whose referrals have helped her build a successful real estate business with transactions in Memorial, Tanglewood, and the West Memorial neighborhoods.

Annie uses her marketing expertise to design and execute campaigns, which have helped her sell 100% of her listings and reach over 100% of various community fundraising goals. Annie ran the Special Gifts Campaign and raised 20,000 for Steel Magnolia Moms. This is a non-profit founded by her sister, Elizabeth Elder, to support, encourage and celebrate moms of children with special needs. Maggie Young Garza is a native Texan, she was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and has lived in Houston since 2001 living in Montrose, the Heights, and currently in West University Place. She has a passion and enthusiasm for helping people along with an abundant amount of energy that make her a fantastic real estate agent. Maggie has a way of making people feel comfortable; she is caring, honest and makes the time spent working with her clients valuable. Before selling estate, Maggie was a flight attendant with American Airlines based in New York City where she lived until 2000. After leaving the airline industry Maggie became a recruiter for technology staffing company in Dallas, Texas and transferred to Houston in 2001. Soon after she joined KBR/Halliburton where was a recruiter until 2006. Selling Real Estate since 2012 she is ready to work for her clients and help them realize their real estate goals. Maggie earned a degree in horticulture from Texas A&M University in 1998. She is committed to her community; in Timbergrove Manor she was previously the volunteer coordinator, helping to organize the yearly community garage sale and the annual snow party for the children of the neighborhood.
