He specializes mainly in the inner city, inside the loop, and close-in west side neighborhoods of Houston such as Memorial Villages, Spring Branch, Tanglewood, Briargrove, Bellaire, Oak Forest, and Garden Oaks.  Judson has always loved real estate, so much so that he received a BBA degree with a Real Estate concentration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He began his career in the business working with his mother, who is also a Realtor. After 11 years together, in 2013, he affiliated with other brokerages where he received many production awards.  Prior to real estate, Judson was in the service and retail industries, which enabled him to interact with different types of people and personalities, and taught him to be very even-tempered and negotiable.  Though he has lived in other places like Santa Fe, NM and Las Vegas, NV, Texas is Judson's home. He's resided in Midtown, near downtown, for the past 16+ years, sharing his home with his two rescue dogs, Polly and Bette. Judson also owns a home in Galveston, TX, his getaway retreat.

Matt Issa was born and raised in Iran, where he learned to speak Azerbaijan as his first language and Farsi as his second. He became fluent in English through his education and travels. In 1999, Matt moved to Houston, Texas, where he has called it home ever since. With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Matt has been involved in a variety of deals, including residential, commercial, investment, and land transactions. His extensive knowledge and expertise have made him a trusted advisor to many clients over the years. In 2011, Matt founded his own brokerage, Plextown, which quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional service and attention to detail. Veneisha relocated from upstate New York -- and she loves relocating people coming into Houston to live as well as those looking for a change. Her family was indirectly responsible for her interest in real estate from an early age with their ownership of many successful income-producing properties. Her high energy, enthusiasm and innate 'hustle' accentuate her desire to do a good job for her clients. Her experience consists of customer service in the insurance industry as well as various direct sales positions. The interest in real estate developed when her great uncle purchased most of the homes on a particular block years ago in upstate New York and, to this day, they remain family income properties. His motivation was to create generational wealth so that the family members would always have a roof over their heads. She worked as the point of contact and manager for several of those properties. She says, "I like to be challenged and pushed and pulled in many directions because it helps me build character." Her self-awareness, confidence and communication skills serve her well in working with clients whether they are new home buyers, residential builders or interested in leasing. Having relocated to Houston 3 years ago to experience a change, she is knowledgeable about the suburban areas of Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond and Cypress. Working out, going to dance class several times a week & sampling the huge variety of restaurants available in the city are some of the ways I enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Cathy has also been on the Political Involvement Committees Board for the Texas Association of Realtors. Cathy says the best advice she ever received was to “be honest and love my work.”
