Broker Associate Kate is a native Houstonian who specializes in equestrian farm and ranch sales. A lifelong equestrian, Kate is also President of Shadyside Farms, a boarding and training facility for Hunters and Jumpers which she has owned and managed since 1991. Shadyside Farms has facilities in Montgomery and Waller counties that board hunters, jumpers, and polo ponies. Through her 25 years of managing, training, and competing in the horse world, Kate has extensive knowledge of the farm and ranch properties and equestrian facilities in the areas surrounding Houston. Kate graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelors of Science degree in Architectural History and Preservation. She lives in Houston with her husband, Steve Gibson and three children.

Since moving from her native Dominican Republic, Patricia Sayegh has lived in many places around the United States. However, it was in Houston where she found her true home. The city's warm, friendly, welcoming nature and the exciting growth she has witnessed over her years of residence have convinced her that Houston is the best place to live in all of America. Patricia enjoys being with people and making them happy no matter their circumstances, which is one of the reasons she was drawn to a career in real estate. I am a devoted wife, loving mother of two beautiful children and a woman of integrity. I attended Grambling State University where I received my Master Degree in Public Administration. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Also, I love volunteering through varies organizations and giving back to my community.

Annie is a native Houstonian and a top producer at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. She is a Memorial High School graduate and received her BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Annie spent nearly ten years in sales roles in New York, Dallas, and Chicago and moved back to Houston in 2007. She is very thankful for her great network of family, friends, and colleagues whose referrals have helped her build a successful real estate business with transactions in Memorial, Tanglewood, and the West Memorial neighborhoods.

Annie uses her marketing expertise to design and execute campaigns, which have helped her sell 100% of her listings and reach over 100% of various community fundraising goals. Annie ran the Special Gifts Campaign and raised 20,000 for Steel Magnolia Moms. This is a non-profit founded by her sister, Elizabeth Elder, to support, encourage and celebrate moms of children with special needs. In 2017, she ran the New York City Marathon raising 23,000 for families whose homes were flooded by Hurricane Harvey, an experience that branded Annie's desire to help her community make lemonade out of life's lemons.
