Carlene Johnson was born in Jamaica, W. I. and is an honorably discharged U. S. Air Force Desert Storm Combat Veteran. In September 2006 she became the first black woman, hired by a Harris County elected Family Law Judge, to serve as a Family Court Coordinator. October 2018, she became the first black Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert™. May 2021, she became the first female President of the Houston, TX Chapter of Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.

Initially, she was a Supply Chain Professional negotiating contracts for a prominent oil and gas company in the Houston area. Ultimately, this has granted her a true knack for all-things business—especially directly working with clients and high-dollar negotiations. Additionally, her family has been in the Residential Construction business for quite some time, so she has in-depth knowledge about new home builds and remodels.

When Jennifer is not immersed in the realm of realty or design, she loves to stay active by running and playing tennis. Most importantly, Jennifer is a family woman and cherishes her family time with her wonderful husband and two beautiful children more than anything.
