A third generation Houstonian, LACY M. BAIRD, a real estate professional with Rob Adams Properties, is in tune with the demanding needs of today's highly competitive real estate market. Her local and international ties provide a broad spectrum on which to draw in order to furnish her clients the best the world has to offer. Lacy, who was educated abroad in France and Russia, returned to her native Houston to graduate with honors from the University of Houston, obtaining a BS in Consumer Merchandising/Marketing, and on to the University of St. Thomas where she earned a Master's degree in Liberal Arts/Psychology. She received her Texas real estate license in 1994 and is a member of the Chi Omega sorority and Phi Upsilon Omicron honor society. Lacy is an Anglophile and a Francophile with a passion for art history.

Her love and devotion to the Arabian horse and its community for over 40 years have brought her to regional and national honors. She volunteers for the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show where her daughter Stella started showing at the age of 2 in the lead line class on an Andalusian mount. They now own American Saddlebreds and enjoy showing in Lexington, KY and surrounding states.

Giving back to her community is an essential facet of her life. She has chaired or co-chaired fundraisers for Baylor College of Medicine, Citizens for Animal Protection, Friends of Hermann Park, and Sunshine Kids, as well as numerous other non-profit organizations. She serves on the Advisory Board of Baylor's Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center at the Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center.

Lacy is a breast cancer survivor and carrier of the deleterious BRCA2+ gene. For the last 10 years, she has been diligently working on a tome to combat breast cancer by early prevention. Once completed, 51% of the proceeds will be donated to the Smith's Breast Center.

In 2015, Lacy adopted a 5year old son, Sebastian, and Stella became a proud big sister. For many generations, we are parishioners at Christ Church Cathedral.

Malgorzata "Gosia" Hernandez was born and raised in Eastern Europe, Poland. She earned a degree in marketing from Wroclawska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych. She has worked as a business consultant for Polish/German companies including Hebel Construction. She is very detailed and takes every job seriously. Gosia will dedicate her time and work to the satisfaction of her clients.

Gosia has been an esteemed member of the Memorial area for the past 10 years. During that time, she served on the Board of Memorial Drive Townhomes and greatly contributed her time and effort to the enhancement of the community. Gosia actively volunteers in the Spring Branch Independent School District where her two sons attend school. She is passionate about the Steel Magnolia Moms group and is a contributing member to its success for the enrichment of children with disabilities.

A native Houstonian, Lisa Swanson graduated from Duchesne Academy in 2000. She then attended Texas A&M where she was a member of the F.I.R.E club (Finance, Insurance and Real EstateSecretary 2002-2003) and Delta Zeta. During this time she became interested in Real Estate when she took her first job at Coldwell Banker United Realtors. Since then, she has gained extensive experience working with top producers in the Memorial market since 2006, majority of those years with Lucille Fendley.

Victor grew up in the Memorial area, attending Frostwood Elementary, Memorial Middle and Memorial High School, before attending the Colorado School of Mines to study Geophysical Engineering. Victor began his career in the oil exploration business, working offshore in California prior to starting his tenure at college. During summers and semesters off, he furthered his career by working domestically and internationally in the geophysical exploration realm, in places such as Louisiana, West Africa, and Venezuela.

After a period of working abroad, he returned to Houston to focus on business management by studying Economics at the University of Houston, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Upon graduation, he worked as a manager of seismic acquisition crews allowing him to travel all over the world, including areas in the former USSR, Mexico, South America, West Africa, Northern Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Canadian and US Arctic.

Victor has managed operations offshore and onshore, ranging from small groups to operations of over 1,000 employees. Eventually, he took his family with him to live abroad, where he was able to share his adventurous spirit with his wife and two children in Bahrain and Mexico. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.

When Victor returned to Houston, he chose to live in Katy with his family because of the excellent schools. After a period of thought and reflection, he decided he wanted to do something local instead of pursuing opportunities in the oil business. He says, "as I was deciding what my next chapter would be, I came into contact with people in various roles in the real estate business and it seemed like a fascinating industry, so many of the real estate professionals I spoke to didn't talk about the market, or the financial rewards, but rather spoke of helping people and the joy that came with this job."

He knew that he always liked helping people in his previous life in the oil business, whether it was as a supervisor, manager, trainer, mentor or coach and real estate seemed to be a natural fit. His history in a technical, detail-orientated line of work as a geophysical engineer crosses over very well to the organization and details of real estate transactions. Finally, years of working with and managing contracts in the oil business, from the oil company side, in addition to writing and enforcing them for subcontractors and other service provider's, serves him well in negotiating in the best interest of his clients.
