A licensed real estate Broker since 1982, Chaille Ralph brings a wealth of experience and a broad body of knowledge to BHGRE Gary Greene and her position as VP of Operations & Analytics.

A native Houstonian, it was Chaille's love of the city that led her to a career in real estate. It began with the management and marketing of commercial office buildings, and then grew to include commercial construction and project management, before shifting into the residential sales market in the mid-'80s.

Building upon her successful sales career, she expanded her skills to include relocation services and naturally transitioned her experience and talents into sales management.

As a leader, Chaille's keen understanding and unwavering support of sales associates, combined with her state-of-the-art technology solutions, has translated to a higher level of service to clients and customers. Her training skills are a great asset in assisting and inspiring new and well-seasoned agents alike, and have proved to be an essential element in their development and increased production.

Chaille also has an impressive history of industry leadership, serving on numerous committees, task forces and leadership positions with the Houston Association of Realtors, where she was Chair of the Board of Directors for the 2014 calendar year. In addition, she has held Director and Committee positions with HAR, Texas Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She currently serves as the 2023 Vice Chair for the HRIS Board of Directors, RVP for Texas Realtors and Director for the National Association of Realtors.

Chaille says that she loves the challenges that face her every day and delights in the fact that she found a way to mold her passion for Houston and its continuous redevelopment and growth into her life's work. While she is passionate about the industry she serves, she is most proud of her daughter Ashley, who is a licensed Realtor as well and a 2019 graduate from Texas A&M.

I am a native Houstonian, married to a Bostonian, a self-confessed mama's girl who loves sports, is a little too competitive when it comes to playing fantasy sports that is a proud "big dog" mom, and I have cat that looks like Garfield.

While I am relatively new to real estate, I am experienced in building relationships as I spent ten years at my husband's side working with him in his personal matchmaking service. Naturally, relationships are incredibly important to me, and I believe in the importance of listening to and hearing my clients. Having a strong working relationship helps to achieve the ultimate goal, which I have learned is not necessarily about perfection, but rather it is about finding permanence; that which fits you just right. I would be honored to assist you in finding your "just right" residence.

Along with my husband, I serve as an usher at our church, St. Michael's Catholic Church, and our charity of choice for the last twenty years has been Child Advocates, Inc. where we both have participated in a myriad of Special Projects and I serve as a Court Appointed Advocate. I am also on the Board of the Harris County Child Abuse Task Force. My family and I will always be committed to the children of our community who need a voice.

Since 2003, Susan Boylan has been helping clients with all of their real estate needs. From buying to selling and from design to construction, she has familiarized herself with all aspects of residential real estate. Boylan has lived in the Memorial West area since 2005, and is a native Houstonian with extensive knowledge of West Houston. She commits to providing professionalism and persistence in each transaction. Her track record of transforming client relationships into personal friendships speaks volumes about her character. Susan has strong communication and negotiation skills that help bring client dreams into reality. Her highest priority is providing clients with the best possible service in order to earn their trust, referrals, and their repeat business. Following a 10-year career in equity research and leveraged finance investing, Abigail has turned her focus to the residential real estate market.

Abigail understands that a home is often a person's single most valuable asset. Utilizing her experience negotiating contracts and executing transactions, Abigail is committed to helping clients find both a home they love and a sound investment. As an active listener with a keen eye for detail, Abigail looks forward to thoughtfully interpreting her clients wishes and making them a reality.

Abigail graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University where she was also a member and philanthropy chair of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Abigail has continued her philanthropic efforts as she and her husband, David, served on the board as gala co-chairs of the Children's Fund, a non-profit providing critical services to disadvantaged children across Houston.

Abigail adores spending time with her two small children and loves trying her hand at a new recipe - when they will allow it! She and her family live in Briargrove and are members of St. Martin's Episcopal Church.

Lacy Lewis was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and is so excited to use her knowledge of her city roots towards real estate.
