Brenda Persons Crenshaw has a diverse background in real estate. She holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance, Licensed Real Estate Agent, and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. . Brenda is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and Commercial Real Estate Women. She is also active in NAIOP, ULI and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Lindsey started her career in real estate in 2014 after years as an elementary school teacher at Edgar Allan Poe. She quickly dove into all aspects of residential transactions working with a top producer at her previous firm when she first started. Viewing real estate as a service industry, she has mastered an appreciation for keeping all moving parts running in a seamless fashion to drive a positive experience for her clients. She attributes her superb eye for architectural detail, color and design to the influence of her mother who is an interior designer. Lindsey is reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented. This winning combination coupled with keen listening skills allows her to shine as she embarks on her quest to ensure every step of a real estate transaction is met with perfection.

Lindsey's organization and constant communication serve as anchors for buyers and sellers in bringing them to a successful close. Lindsey called Fort Worth, Texas home but after graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, she moved to Houston and now considers herself a Houstonian. Her husband grew up in West University and attended Lamar High School. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants around town and hanging out with friends and family. She volunteers with Casa de Esperanza and is the co-president in her neighborhood mothers' club. She currently resides in Briargrove Park with her husband and they are proud parents to two crazy toddlers.

I've felt the calling to "put a dent in the universe" since I was 9 years old. The traditional path that everyone else was on was never an option. For me, it meant having an impact for God with my life, something Anderson and I both thought was only possible in vocational ministry. However, I've always been entrepreneurial and had a natural craving for anything business related. When trying to reconcile the two passions, I finally realized that God was calling me to use business to care for people. Anderson and I first started trying to figure out what that meant in 2009 and after some meandering, partnered up in 2013. After running the real estate gamut together and realizing our true passion, we formed Connected Realty to focus on helping people successfully navigate the buying and selling process. That passion for people soon expanded to include growing a team of agents, whose lives we could have an even greater impact on.

History: Memorial born and raised, Dad spent his career selling new construction for Houston home-builders, started first real business at 13, involved in a number of different ventures since, partnered with Anderson in 2013, been working together in Houston and Austin real estate ever since.

Personal: In addition to my work at Connected, I helped start CrowdSource Rescue with two of my best friends, which was used to rescue over 30,000 people in the wake of Hurricane Harvey and has since become a major player in disaster response.

Real Estate Background: Anderson began his real estate career in Houston in 2012 as a wholesale agent. After a year of learning the city and the market as a wholesaler, he moved into the investment side. Over the next 3 years, he and his business partner Oliver primarily focused on flipping luxury homes in The Woodlands, Heights, and Memorial. During that time, they formed Connected Realty, and in 2015, made the transition to full-time brokerage. They have since made building and leading a team of agents, in both Houston and Austin, their primary focus!

Personal: Anderson was born and raised in the West Houston area and returned here after attending Texas A&M University. He and his wife Sarah have been married 6 years and have two daughters, Elyia and Nora. Outside of being with his family and working, Anderson loves to be with family and good friends at the family ranch!

My roots are in the Middle East, before coming to Houston in 1997 where my family has been calling Home ever since. Community is very important to me and I have taken much time to learn all about it.
