Amaya shares in the company's vision for volunteerism within the community, as she is very involved in her children's school and church activities. She has lived in the Memorial area for most of her life and has also lived in The Heights for about four years. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and is focused on expanding her sphere of influence within the Spanish-speaking market. Native Houstonian and Sugar Land resident Kathy Park Carter has been a Realtor for more than 30 years. Kathy began her career and learned the important ropes working for a residential real estate top producer. Kathy raised her family in the Tanglewood/Briargrove and Memorial areas before moving to Sugar Land where she lists and sells homes in Sweetwater, Sugar Creek, and other areas of Sugar Land. D. Anderson Endowment for Patient Support Committee, and The March of Dimes. A 20-year breast cancer survivor, Kathy is a weekly Pink Ribbons volunteer at M. D. Anderson in the Breast Center.
Kathy grew up in Southampton, Tanglewood and the Memorial area in Houston and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She and her husband, an architect and builder, live on the Sugar Creek Country Club golf course. They share a family of five adult children and five grandchildren. Kathy enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren and attempting to learn how to play golf.
