Living in West Houston for the past forty plus years, I have personally experienced the gradual growth and development of various parts of the Houston Metropolitan area. Managing my family's real estate investment company and overlooking more than 30 properties in Houston, Katy, and Conroe gave me the opportunity to be exposed to the real estate market conditions during its highs and lows. As a result, I have a good knowledge and unique perspective of the local real estate market and its changing cycles. In pursuit of my passion for architecture, I received my Master's Degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University in 1988. Upon graduation, I started my career in residential architecture by joining MHI Homebuilders, and later worked for several architectural firms specializing in commercial buildings such as apartments and condominiums, schools, retail centers, and hospitality buildings. In 2013, I transitioned back into the real estate business, joining RE/MAX Westside Realtors, and later REALM Real Estate Professionals in 2016. Most recently, I joined JPAR - The Sears Group in September 2020. Utilizing my professional background in architecture, analytical insight, and strong attention to detail, I serve my clients, both buyers and sellers, in the most effective way possible. My expertise in architecture allows me to focus on locating the best house that fits the special needs and budget of my buyers while also identifying special house features and possible improvements that would increase the property value and competitiveness for sellers. Additionally, I am fluent in both English and Arabic, which allows me to connect with a broader range of clients.

Ellen Camp is passionate about helping her clients evaluate the market, understand their options, and execute a thoughtful strategy to achieve their goals. Her clients describe her as responsive, determined, savvy, strong and patient. With a B.S. in Finance, Ellen became licensed to sell real estate in 1993. She first became licensed in Missouri, then Kansas in 1999 and finally Texas in 2008. Prior to selling real estate in Texas, Ellen was a mortgage loan officer in in St. Louis, Missouri where she used her degree in Finance to offer clients a wide array of home financing options. Later, she worked as a District Manager for ADP where she was able to use her natural marketing and sales skills to sell human resource software and payroll services to businesses. Ellen was later recruited as a medical sales representative for Novartis Nutrition in Kansas. After relocating to Houston with her family in 2007, Ellen returned to her original passion of real estate and she became licensed to sell real estate in Texas. Throughout my life, I have been inspired to work hard, stay focused and treat others with respect. Successful transactions include a blend of marketing, financial knowledge and most especially excellent customer service. Ellen points out that her own personal relocations have helped her to be more empathetic to her clients during the process of moving. I understand the excitement as well as the fear of the unknown involved in a move, says Ellen, I know what it feels like to pick up a family and start over in a new city or even across town in the same city. It's a process to find a new home and in addition to that, the right school or daycare for the kids. I listen carefully to my client's needs and I work really hard to connect them with people and places that will help make them feel at home more quickly. My name is Stacy Wood, I'm a wife, mother, and real estate advisor, specializing in relocations for the greater Houston areas. Melodie (Jordan) Hartsfield is one of the thousands of transplants that now call the Space City home, moving to Houston in the summer of 2007. Melodie attended college at Texas A&M University, graduating in 2006 and becoming a licensed realtor upon graduation. Melodie spent the first 2 years of her career working at Newmark Knight Frank as a Marketing Analyst, and learning the real estate business from some of Houston's finest. Melodie has since taught in Houston public schools, but she has maintained a knowledge of Houston's fast paced and competitive real estate market. Helping others has always been a life long passion of Melodie's, which has led her to careers in service, whether teaching or helping families find their first home. Being born into a family with a strong background in Real Estate, Chase Fabling was raised in Houston's Energy Corridor where he attended Spring Branch Schools and often assisted in his family's real estate business. Moving inside the loop 9 years ago, Chase attended the University of Houston, completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance. A member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars, Chase participated in numerous courses relevant to analyzing market trends including Applied Econometrics and Data Mining. Chase hopes to use his background to help his clients make solid investment decisions for both their personal residences and business endeavors. Chase, currently a resident of Near Northside, specializes in serving clients in areas in which he has resided including Montrose, East Downtown, Midtown, The Heights, First Ward & West Houston/Energy Corridor.
