Shian is that specialist ready to help you. Shian has been in your position and has moved many times in a variety of countries, around the world. She understands that together with the excitement of finding your home comes the desire to have a smooth transition for your loved ones. Shian originates from North Wales in United Kingdom and spent a large portion of her childhood living in the Netherlands. Since her two children were born, Shian has moved extensively within the United Kingdom and to countries including Singapore, Australia, Canada and USA. In these countries Shian and her family rented, built new construction homes and purchased homes via each countries different processes. This personal experience allows Shian to help you navigate this complex process whether you are a native Houstonian or and expatriate family. Shian has lived in Houston for the last eight years, firstly in Katy and currently in Houston Post Oak district. She has two children in their twenties, both in Universities out of state. Her daughter is a Musical theatre major and was heavily involved in the theatre scene here in Houston, performing at both the Hobby Center and Miller Outdoor Theatre with Theatre under the Stars. This has given Shian an invaluable connection to Houston and a love of our unique, diverse community. As a Native Houstonian, Ryan is familiar with many of the areas in and around the city. He specializes in West Houston, but he works from the shorelines of Lake Conroe down to Galveston, and from Katy to Clear Lake. No home is too big or too small. He has expansive knowledge and experience in single-family, townhome, mid/high-rise condo and commercial transactions.

Ryan resides in West Houston with his wife and daughter. When not spending time with his family, he is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He recalls, My father taught me how to fish when I was 5 years old, and I have been hooked ever since. He also loves to travel, cook and golf. He has been a member of St. John Vianney Church for over 30 years and Club Westside. Also, he is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Citizen's for Animal Protection and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Kim is originally from West Palm Beach, FL but has called Houston home for the past three decades. She moved here in 1990 to join the Houston Ballet and has lived here ever since with her husband and two sons. She has lived in many different neighborhoods throughout the Houston area and enjoys using her experience and knowledge to connect people with homes and properties across this great city. During her 14 years as a professional dancer, Kim developed an attention to detail and a striving for excellence that she brings to her career as a realtor estate agent. Ashley Esparza is the Team Leader of the HTX Home Team, established in 2020. Ashley has an astounding professional background in areas from ownership research, ad valorem taxation to property appraisal and valuation. Ashley is a former 2019 Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program graduate, being one of the elite local realtors to represent the state of Texas in the leadership program. She is also a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, helping low-to-moderate income families achieve their dream of home ownership through first-time buyer programs through the state. Her knowledge, professionalism, and passion to serve earned her Top Producer awards in real estate the last 6 years.
