I have three grown children and have moved often so I remember purchasing a home based on the school system and the surrounding area, as my kids grew up, we purchased a home based on what our needs were in terms of what we wanted in a home and lastly I have helped my elderly parents move from their home of 30 years to a more scaled down home that fit there changing needs!
