Jesica Anderson graduated with a Bachelor in Business/International Trade, worked in Corporate America for many years, and acquired a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Jesica became a full time real estate agent when she moved back to Houston for the third time. She has experienced both corporate and personal relocations numerous times, and has lived in five different countries. Thus she understands how stressful the moving process can be.

I am a licensed Realtor who has been in the industry since 2008. My designations include GRI, ABR, and CRS. I have honed my skills and expertise in various areas of real estate. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my outstanding performance, having been awarded the Top Selling Agent in the Memorial office. With a strong focus on helping clients prepare their homes for the market, I provide professional design consultation to sellers to ensure their properties are presented in the best light possible. I was born in Port Arthur Texas, but have lived in Houston since 1976 and have a deep knowledge of the local market. My areas of specialization include advising clients on how to make their homes more appealing to buyers and listening to buyer's real estate needs. Before entering the real estate industry, I was an elementary guidance counselor and teacher for 35 years. Through this experience, I learned to advocate for children and parents, which has carried over into my real estate career. What sets me apart from other realtors is my professionalism, sensitivity to clients' needs and consistent communication throughout the buying or selling process. My brand is built on listening to clients' needs and providing them with a true picture of the market, so they can make informed decisions. After having achieved many goals in her professional career of Human Resources, Caylee has chosen to take her passion for helping others and her years of customer service to real estate. Starting her career off in apartment locating, Caylee was able to perfect and hone her craft of helping Houstonians find the perfect place to call home. Following her continued passion, she has been able to help clients from all over find a home focusing on the Inner Loop and Galleria areas.

A third generation Houstonian, LACY M. BAIRD, a real estate professional with Rob Adams Properties, is in tune with the demanding needs of today's highly competitive real estate market. Her local and international ties provide a broad spectrum on which to draw in order to furnish her clients the best the world has to offer. Her high energy and motivation make her an integral part of Rob Adam's team.

Lacy, who was educated abroad in France and Russia, returned to her native Houston to graduate with honors from the University of Houston, obtaining a BS in Consumer Merchandising/Marketing, and on to the University of St. Thomas where she earned a Master's degree in Liberal Arts/Psychology. She received her Texas real estate license in 1994 and is a member of the Chi Omega sorority and Phi Upsilon Omicron honor society. Lacy is an Anglophile and a Francophile with a passion for art history.

Her love and devotion to the Arabian horse and its community for over 40 years have brought her to regional and national honors. She volunteers for the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show where her daughter Stella started showing at the age of 2 in the lead line class on an Andalusian mount. They now own American Saddlebreds and enjoy showing in Lexington, KY and surrounding states.

Giving back to her community is an essential facet of her life. She has chaired or co-chaired fundraisers for Baylor College of Medicine, Citizens for Animal Protection, Friends of Hermann Park, and Sunshine Kids, as well as numerous other non-profit organizations. She serves on the Advisory Board of Baylor's Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center at the Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center.

Lacy is a breast cancer survivor and carrier of the deleterious BRCA2+ gene. For the last 10 years, she has been diligently working on a tome to combat breast cancer by early prevention. Once completed, 51% of the proceeds will be donated to the Smith's Breast Center.

In 2015, Lacy adopted a 5year old son, Sebastian, and Stella became a proud big sister. For many generations, we are parishioners at Christ Church Cathedral.

Realtor Jerry Rozen brings an impressive business background in retail sales, entrepreneurship and finance to his practice of residential real estate. A native of Binghamton, New York, Jerry graduated from Texas A & M in Kingsville with a BBA in management. He served a two-year term in the United States Army at Fort Hood, was honorably discharged, and spent a further six years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Jerry was a long-time member of Lions International. He and his wife have three children and six grandchildren, and enjoy traveling, especially in their RV, and camping.
