Chris founded Appoint Realty to represent buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants, in sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties. His real estate brokerage experience has been predominantly commercial in nature, with transactional and advisory experience across a variety of real estate property types.

Chris's market knowledge, financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail all serve his clients well in terms of pricing, negotiation, and transaction execution.

Chris entered the real estate industry in 2008 by way of leading a multi-generational single-family office at a privately-held real estate investment, development, and management company. Prior to that, he had worked primarily in business valuation, corporate finance, and M&A advisory, with over a decade advising owners, executives, and boards of privately held and publicly traded companies on complex matters pertaining to their debt, mezzanine, and equity securities, and testifying as an expert witness.

A native Texan and longtime Houstonian, Chris graduated from Memorial High School in Houston and completed his Bachelor of Science from Trinity University and his MBA and MPA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Chris's real estate credentials include Licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas; Registered Property Tax Arbitrator in Texas; Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI); and LEED® Green Associate™. His financial credentials include Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas (note: Appoint Realty, LLC is Not a CPA Firm). As an additional service to his clients, Chris is also a Certified sUAS Remote Pilot licensed to commercially operate drones under FAA Part 107.

Travis Nichols, a Top Producer from 2004-2022, is Founder of a consistently top-producing real estate team with wife and partner, Julia Nichols. Born and raised in Houston, Travis relocated to California and Colorado for several years (earning a degree in environmental biology from the University of Colorado) before returning to his hometown in 2001. He and his wife have been involved in Houston real estate ever since. The Nichols Realty Group is recognized as one of the Top 25 Residential Real Estate Teams in Luxury in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 by the Houston Business Journal. Their team has closed in excess of 290+ Million dollars in sales over the past 21 years!

Travis is an avid golfer and enjoys the consistent challenge golf presents regardless of ability level. Other activities on the top of his list are alpine skiing, surfing, hiking, running and “anything outdoors involving adventure and challenge, while being great exercise."

Susie has spent her entire adult life enjoying all that Houston has to offer. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a business degree, she began her life in Houston. For several years she lived in The Heights and then moved into her current home in the Memorial area. The time spent raising her two daughters and making memories in her home of the last 28 years has shown her how important it is to find your 'Home Sweet Home'. As a Realtor, she loves finding that special place that her Clients can call 'Home'. Before entering the real estate business, Susie spent her career working in the areas of investment banking, secured lending, and most recently she worked in the business office for a private international boarding school. This previous work experience has given her a true appreciation for the importance of accuracy and attention to detail, clear communication, and top level customer service from initial Client contact until final closing. She incorporates all that she learned in her previous work life into her current career as a Realtor. Susie found another perfect home with her friends and fellow Realtors at Meadows Property Group. My name is Stacy Wood, I'm a wife, mother, and real estate advisor, specializing in relocations for the greater Houston areas. Since the 90's my husband and I have been buying, selling, flipping, and building homes. With each new project, I found myself falling more and more in love with real estate, architecture, and this city. My passion for real estate then led me to become a corporate relocation specialist. From there she joined CRI Real Estate Services and turned her attention to primarily handling relocation clients. Being a Relocation Specialist, Stacy strives to provide her clients with premier service that goes far beyond the "extra mile". Her one priority when servicing both Buyers and Sellers, whether they are making a local move or a move across the country or globe, is to ensure that they have a seamless and smooth transition. Her clients range from being first-time homebuyers, looking for that perfect "first home", to individuals with substantial real estate portfolios and are in search of some of the most sought after properties in Houston and our surrounding suburbs. As a Buyer's Agent, she is particular in learning both their needs and wants to ensure that her clients find exactly what they are looking for in a home as well as a community! As a Seller's Agent, she offers insight on the importance of home preparation, staging and pricing to get her clients homes sold in a timely manner at top dollar. She works hard to stay informed not only on Houston neighborhoods but also those top-rated communities and suburbs surrounding Houston, including Katy, Cypress, The Woodlands, and Sugar Land.

Previous to a career in real estate, I had a long career working in distribution with a fortune 500 corporation. I retired from my corporate position to join forces with my wife Michelle as a top producing real estate team. The majority of our business stems from past clients and referrals.
