Chris founded Appoint Realty to represent buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants, in sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties. His real estate brokerage experience has been predominantly commercial in nature, with transactional and advisory experience across a variety of real estate property types.

Chris entered the real estate industry in 2008 by way of leading a multi-generational single-family office at a privately-held real estate investment, development, and management company. A native Texan and longtime Houstonian, Chris graduated from Memorial High School in Houston and completed his Bachelor of Science from Trinity University and his MBA and MPA from The University of Texas at Austin.
