Carol Nagel relocated to northeast Houston, Texas in 1996 then became a licensed Realtor in 2004. She is currently a member of HAR(Houston Area Realtors), NAR(National Association of Realtor's), TAR(Texas Association of Reators), MRP (Military Relocation Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), NAR Green Designation (Energy Star, etc), WCR(Women's Council of Realtors) Lake Houston-2014 Treasurer and TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). Carol brings experience in foreclosures, residential in Texas. Carol has prior experience with residential sales in Illinois, Colorado and Kansas.

Carol holds a BA from Baldwin University, Kansas; AA in Accounting, and is a Certified Para-legal. Jennifer Lucio's ties to Houston run deep. Born and bred in Baytown, Jennifer began her personal homeownership in 2000 inside Loop-610 and eventually migrated to Spring Branch in 2003. She currently lives in Spring Valley Village.

Jennifer’s 12 years in restaurant management, particular her experience as a general manager, taught her the paramount importance of customer service, communication and issue resolution, valuable skills that transferred seamlessly into her career in residential real estate. “I thrive on person-to-person interaction,” Jennifer states. “I love ‘making the puzzle fit’ by taking all the pieces the client gives me and fitting them together to find the perfect home. There’s a tremendous spectrum of home choices in Houston. This city has a house for everyone; you just have to listen to the client.”

Beyond knowing the ‘ins and outs’ of Houston neighborhoods, communities and culture, Jennifer understands that relationships are the central link to a successful real estate transaction. Jennifer is the married mother of two and she and her family continue to reside in Spring Valley Village. A board member of Memorial High School Girls Lacrosse Program, member of The Junior League of Houston, Spring Branch Middle School PTA, and an active volunteer for First Tee of Greater Houston, she is a natural at teamwork both personally and professionally. When time allows, Jennifer enjoys traveling and watching her children's sporting events.

Melodie (Jordan) Hartsfield is one of the thousands of transplants that now call the Space City home, moving to Houston in the summer of 2007. Melodie attended college at Texas A&M University, graduating in 2006 and becoming a licensed realtor upon graduation. Melodie spent the first 2 years of her career working at Newmark Knight Frank as a Marketing Analyst, and learning the real estate business from some of Houston's finest. Melodie has since taught in Houston public schools, but she has maintained a knowledge of Houston's fast paced and competitive real estate market.
