My name is Lan and I have been a Houstonian since 1980.



I grew up here and have enjoyed the growth and diversity of its people, its culture, and its food. I would love to help you sell or buy a house in the Houston area. Areas that I have work and/or sold are in the following areas:

Memorial, Meyerland, Bellaire, Sharpstown, and the Medical Center.

The recipient of many production awards in her long career, Debbie Houston is known for perseverance and patience. Debbie believes in “aggressive assistance,” and finds out each client’s way of thinking to provide just the right amount of push to gently help them reach a decision. “Most of my clients are successful business people, so more often than not, the best way to help them ‘get there’ is by listening and letting them reach a conclusion themselves.”

Debbie assists sellers and buyers in Houston neighborhoods inside Loop-610, the Tanglewood and Memorial areas, and north to areas in around The Woodlands. She likes to point out that she doesn’t have a typical client. Her clients range from young families relocating into or out of Houston to heads of corporations and entrepreneurs, and she assists clients in all price points and income ranges.

Ideals instilled by her parents continue to guide Debbie every day. “My parents were great examples. They taught me that if you raise your hand for something, you complete it. Honesty was a must, along with the value and importance of work and accepting responsibility. I attribute my success today to those early teachings and, as my husband says, I have a servant’s heart.”

Debbie grew up in Concordia, Missouri and graduated with a degree in business education from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Debbie held HR positions with a large Houston corporation where she managed the recruitment department for customer service professionals.

Debbie moved to Houston in 1982. She and her husband raised their family in the Memorial area and are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. Over the years, Debbie has assumed numerous volunteer positions in her children's schools. When time permits, she enjoys home remodeling, cooking, skiing, and traveling.

Born and raised in Houston, Marisa knows all that Houston has to offer. Whether it be a quirky art filled, inner city, hipster neighborhood to the high ends of River Oaks, she can find a home that fits your style perfectly. Her extensive entrepreneurial and operations management background along with her compassion, drive, and attention to detail, Marisa will walk with you through the home-buying process to make it as smooth as possible.

Alexandra Berry combines hard work and exemplary service to achieve success for her clients. Her biggest strength among many is her skill at maintaining complete professionalism while making her home buyers and seller feel comfortable and happy. She intentionally broadens her focus beyond single family homes and the luxury home market by providing support to young adults seeking apartment living or first-time residences.

Born and raised in Houston, Alexandra is familiar with several of the city's communities including the Tanglewood, River Oaks/Upper Kirby, Memorial, West University, Bellaire, Rice Military, Galleria, and Heights areas. She attended St. Michaels for grade school and went on to St. Agnes Academy College Preparatory for high school. Her knowledge and love of home design, thanks in large part to her interior designer mother and architect father, makes her a stand-out from other Realtors. Most importantly, her clients benefit from her expertise in distinguishing what makes a home "special."

Before becoming a Realtor, Alexandra worked in the event planning industry where she sharpened organizational skills and acquired the ability to comfortably handle high-pressured situations. Furthering her hospitality management studies, was her work as a hostess for Tony's Restaurant. It is here that she exemplified people-person skills, learned the "client is number one" and her work ethic and relationship building matured, giving her the confidence and competence to work with anyone and in any situation she encounters.

Alexandra has a bachelor's degree in Applied Science Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi. In addition to her parents, her family includes a brother and sister and her two English bulldogs. She has been associated with local Houston country clubs and chooses to volunteer at the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention and Cruelty to Animals). In her free time, she is an interior design assistant to her mom. She is a "social butterfly" and loves spending time with friends, enjoys traveling, and attending sporting events.

Home sweet Home~this is exactly what I want to provide all of my clients with, because I believe home is your safe zone. My roots are in the Middle East, before coming to Houston in 1997 where my family has been calling Home ever since. Community is very important to me and I have taken much time to learn all about it. I am also an active member through volunteer work at our local schools. I am a proud member of JPAR-real estate, which extends my values of spending time with family & friends when not in the office or volunteering. I very much look forward to meeting and serving you.

Nobody knows the customer service industry quite like Vanessa Thompson. With over 15 years of working in the service industry and as a chef, plus managing upwards of 120 people, Vanessa knows what it takes to provide top quality service for her clients. Thompson decided to jump start her entrepreneurship career and fell in love with real estate. She has been in the industry since 2015 and enjoys being able to meet different people and building relationships while reaching her clients goals.
