Keith began his career in commercial real estate in 1992 with General Property & Services, Inc. (GP&S) a wholly subsidiary of Gulf Publishing Company. Later, Keith became Vice President until Gulf Publishing sold GP&S to Keith in 2000. Keith has been in business since 1992 and has co-brokered over $500 million dollars of real estate transactions, concentrated mostly in land and warehouse sales. Over the years, Keith has brokered almost every type of commercial and residential product. Jaehne has been involved in hundreds of land transactions representing thousands of acres in the Houston area for residential and commercial development. Keith’s brokerage activities are allocated between extensively marketing a listing portfolio and effectively finding a match for his buyer’s requirements. Keith is also a principal that has formed dozens of joint venture partnerships to acquire land and warehouse investment opportunities. Keith has been recognized in the Who’s Who in American Society and Business. He also serves on various boards in the Houston area. A third generation Houstonian, Keith is an associate member of CCIM, member of the Commercial Real Estate Network, Houston Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Keith holds a BBA degree in Management and Finance from Baylor University (1980) and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas (1985). Keith acquires land, ranches, warehouses and other investment opportunities.

I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Supply Chain Management. My background is in Oil and Gas, but grew a passion for real estate after purchasing my first home in 2017. The process of buying a house for any homeowners can be stressful, but it wasn't for me. It was extremely exciting for me to see how everything and everyone connect together to get to the final result: having those keys in your hand. I want to make your experience of purchasing a home just as enjoyable and easy as mine.

Native Houstonian and Sugar Land resident Kathy Park Carter has been a Realtor for more than 30 years. Kathy began her career and learned the important ropes working for a residential real estate top producer. It was invaluable experience, and she acquired the expertise necessary to become a successful real estate professional.

Kathy raised her family in the Tanglewood/Briargrove and Memorial areas before moving to Sugar Land where she lists and sells homes in Sweetwater, Sugar Creek, and other areas of Sugar Land. Her expertise also includes various areas in Houston, including, Memorial, Tanglewood, and West University. Always personable, enthusiastic and service-oriented, Kathy listens to her clients and makes their goals her priority. She has a flair for helping sellers stage their homes and buyers envision the possibilities of a home they may be considering for purchase. Among her fellow Realtors and clients alike, Kathy has a reputation for integrity, solid market knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Throughout the years, Kathy has maintained a strong level of community involvement, volunteering many hours for a number of organizations including the Heart Ball Committee, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Houston Livestock and Rodeo /Go Texan Committee, Texas Children's Hospital, The Junior League of Houston (sustaining), M. D. Anderson Endowment for Patient Support Committee, and The March of Dimes. A 20-year breast cancer survivor, Kathy is a weekly Pink Ribbons volunteer at M. D. Anderson in the Breast Center.

Kathy grew up in Southampton, Tanglewood and the Memorial area in Houston and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She and her husband, an architect and builder, live on the Sugar Creek Country Club golf course. They share a family of five adult children and five grandchildren. Kathy enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren and attempting to learn how to play golf.
