Upon moving to the U.S. mainland I've travelled to several different cities throughout the United States with my family while my husband served in the United States Army for over 20 years. During that time I worked in several leadership positions which helped shape me into the wonderful professional that I am today. I started my business, Island Kissez in 2012. My tropical roots is the inspiration for creating this business. I create natural bath, body and hair care products. I also create headwraps and host events that uplift and empower women and teach classes on how to make products. Hi there, I am Hein Taljaard. I grew up in South Africa and have made Texas my home. I previously worked in international real estate for more than 30 years, buying, selling and managing properties. I am very familiar with the Southeast Houston real estate market and believe it is a burgeoning area. I have an MBA and master's in science degrees and worked in international business development and marketing for many years!
Being a real estate agent is my passion. It allows me to find the dream home for my clients. I believe a successful real estate agent should be available to the seller/buyer/landlord/tenant to serve their needs and more! I will always look after the interests of my client in a honest and open manner.
In my spare time, I love to cycle, work out at the gym, barbecue and watch sports. I do most sports with my wife. We both love to travel, from hiking in beautiful Texas State parks to traveling internationally. We love wine, especially red wine!
I worked in international business development and marketing. I now am a full-time realtor, being part of the National Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors.
