“My Realtor did a great job in finding a whole bunch of homes for lease for us to see. After touring for a whole day, decided on the top 3 and visited them again. The home we were most interested in already had another applicant pending; however, following her advice and pointing out why we should be the ones to get the house over the other applicants, we were able to get in the house! Great negotiating skills, timely responses, and had full confidence in her paperwork and contracts, every "t" was crossed and "i" was dotted, so to speak. We've even had a few hiccups as we moved in, seems like the usual case whenever you change houses, but my Realtor fixed it all up by communicating with the owners and working everything out for the best interest of my family and for the homeowner.
