What I did learn from this experience is that I WILL NOT ACCEPT Line 12 of the contract for any contribution from seller to buyer. It is more beneficial for me as seller to negotiate that number in selling price as opposed to a contribution to the buyer. As seller, I do not believe I benefit as does the buyer or realtor. ”
