You will be within walking distance to UT Dental School, MD Anderson Mid Campus and 6 mins from the Med Center. Other attractions in close proximity are Herman Park, Houston Zoo, Museum district and NRG. - This is a much better option for college students and parents of college students than renting. This option allows a return on the investment and considering the cost of student loans and such it is a nice alternative to renting with NO ROI.
