Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

Madeline was raised in a Real Estate family in Ohio, Madeline graduated from The Ohio State University's prestigious Max M. Fisher College of Business. She earned a BSBA in Business Marketing and Logistics and a minor in Spanish. She studied in Granada, Spain and has traveled throughout Europe, South America, Northern Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Beginning her career at Crane Worldwide in Minneapolis, she managed the international transport of heart valves and medical devices for St. Jude Medical and Medtronic. Moving to Houston with Crane Worldwide, Madeline became Account Supervisor for the Halliburton account while managing day-to-day operations and a team of twelve.

Madeline's experiences have required perseverance, tenacity and negotiation, and communication skills as she worked with a diverse, high-profile and international customer base. Today, as a real estate professional, she is bringing those same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of clients. As an agent who's a specialist in the Inner Loop of Houston, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. Passionate about people and relationships, Madeline creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. Her business approach is direct and successful: she listens to the client's needs and then assures an honest and efficient transaction.

Madeline believes in being an active part of her community. She volunteers with the Recipe for Success Foundation, teaching children how to grow a variety of plants (which are there on the school grounds) and then how to cook meals with the plants they have grown. She also hand makes blankets to donate to the Texas Children's Hospital and spends time with the Houston Food Bank, preparing meals for afterschool programs throughout the city.
